Veltrixa is a premium Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme including Liquid templates, sections, assets, and documentation for use on a Shopify store.
2. Eligibility
You must be authorized to manage the Shopify store where the Theme is installed. You are responsible for your store account and compliance with Shopify's terms and applicable laws.
3. Purchase and delivery
Theme files are delivered after confirmed purchase. Pricing and included features depend on the plan selected (Starter, Professional, or Agency). See our Refund Policy and Theme License for additional terms.
4. License
Your use of the Theme is governed by our Theme License Agreement. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Theme on permitted Shopify stores. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Theme files except under an Agency license where explicitly allowed.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Theme or this website, attempt unauthorized access, remove copyright notices where required, or use the Theme in violation of Shopify policies or applicable law.
6. Updates and support
Update eligibility depends on your purchase plan. Support is provided via live chat and support tickets on this website during published support hours.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Theme and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from use of the Theme. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Theme in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend support or license rights if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Theme at any time by removing it from your store. Provisions that should survive termination (license restrictions, disclaimers, liability limits) remain in effect.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the service provider operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
