1. Requirements
- Shopify plan with Online Store
- Online Store 2.0 (JSON templates)
- Modern browser for theme editor (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox)
2. Install the theme
- In Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes.
- Click Add theme → Upload zip file.
- Select your Veltrixa theme package and wait for upload to finish.
- Click Customize to preview, then Publish when ready.
3. Recommended first setup
- Upload your logo under Theme settings → Logo.
- Set brand colors and typography in Theme settings → Colors / Typography.
- Configure the header menu under Navigation in Shopify admin.
- Add homepage sections in the theme editor (hero, featured collection, lookbook, etc.).
- Set up shipping, payments, and policies before going live.

12. Apps & compatibility
Veltrixa works with Shopify app embeds and theme app extension blocks. Install apps from the Shopify App Store and enable their embeds in Theme settings → App embeds.
13. Performance tips
- Use compressed WebP/JPEG images (Shopify CDN handles delivery).
- Limit autoplay video banners on mobile.
- Remove unused homepage sections.
- Keep third-party app scripts to a minimum.
14. Troubleshooting
- Theme won't upload: Re-export zip; max size must be within Shopify limits.
- Section missing: Confirm you're on Online Store 2.0 and the correct template.
- Filters not showing: Enable filters in Search & Discovery app.
- Quick view not opening: Enable in theme settings and test on a collection page.
15. Updates
When an update is available, download the new package and upload as a new theme version. Compare with your live theme and merge custom changes before publishing. Professional and Agency licenses include lifetime updates.
