This Theme License Agreement ("License") is between you ("Licensee") and Veltrixa / iGurix ("Licensor") and governs use of the Veltrixa Shopify theme files ("Theme").
1. Grant of license
Upon valid purchase, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Theme on Shopify stores, subject to the plan purchased:
- Starter / Professional: one (1) live Shopify store.
- Agency: multiple client stores as described at purchase, with optional white-label rights where stated.
2. Permitted use
- Install the Theme on permitted Shopify stores.
- Customize templates, sections, and styles for your store or clients (Agency plan).
- Receive updates according to your plan (see pricing on the homepage).
3. Restrictions
- Do not redistribute, resell, share, or publicly host the Theme files.
- Do not sublicense the Theme except as allowed under an Agency license.
- Do not claim authorship of the original Theme design or core code.
- Do not use the Theme in a way that violates Shopify's terms or applicable law.
4. Ownership
The Theme, including design, code, documentation, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Licensor. This License does not transfer ownership to Licensee.
5. Updates
Professional and Agency plans include lifetime updates. Starter includes six months of updates unless otherwise stated at purchase. Updates are provided as replacement files; Licensee is responsible for merging custom changes.
6. Support
Support is provided via live chat and tickets on this website. Support covers installation guidance and Theme-related issues, not general Shopify consulting or third-party app configuration unless agreed separately.
7. Termination
This License ends if you breach these terms, receive a refund, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination you must stop using the Theme and remove it from all stores.

The Theme is provided "as is" without warranty. See our Terms of Service for full disclaimers and liability limits.
