We want you to be confident in your Veltrixa purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted for the Veltrixa Shopify theme.
1. Refund window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the Theme has not been published as the live theme on a production Shopify store, or if a critical defect prevents basic installation and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
2. Non-refundable situations
- The Theme has been published as the live theme on your store.
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase.
- The issue is caused by third-party apps, custom code, or store configuration outside the Theme.
- You purchased an Agency or multi-store license and have already deployed files to client stores.
- You simply changed your mind after customizing or publishing the Theme.
3. How to request a refund
Open a support ticket or live chat on our support page with your purchase reference, Shopify store URL, and a brief description of the issue. We respond within one business day.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Upon refund, your license to use the Theme ends and you must remove Veltrixa from all stores.
5. Exchanges and upgrades
If you purchased Starter and wish to upgrade to Professional or Agency, contact support within 14 days of purchase. We may apply a credit toward the higher plan where eligible.
